Information for passengers travelling from Geneva

16 November 2019, Moscow. – Due to protest rallies organized by climate activists in Geneva, roads leading to the airport may be blocked, as well as passenger terminal entrances, check-in desks and departure and arrivals halls. Getting to the airport may therefore take longer than usual. We advise passengers booked on flights SU2381 and SU2385 on 16 November to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure to allow sufficient time to complete preflight procedures.

Further information is available via Aeroflot's 24-hour call centre: +7 495 223 5555, 8-800-444-5555 (free call in Russia), via the contact centre's global free-call numbers (available on the website: https://www.aeroflot.ru/ru-en/offices/free_numbers), or at the airline’s sales offices.
